GRAPHIC DESIGN & PRINT PLATES

Prepress is the process of preparation of the item for printing. One of the most important functions in the printing process, prepress forms the connection between design and the corresponding printing operations.

SHEETING

Our cardboard comes in various sizes and weights and is cut on the latest technology sheeting machines according to the sizes and made ready for printing. Finally, the conditioned cardboard is taken to the printing section.

OFFSET PRINTING

Our offset equipment runs from a 54x72 cm 1-color press to a 5-color + sealer 74x104 cm press, and they are helmed by experienced press people who take great pride in their work. They do everything they can to match your corporate colors, make those photos pop and that flood of rich black flawless. In other words, they will add value to your products.

LAMINATION & VARNISH

We use print finishes such as lamination and Spot UV varnishes to increase both the perceived value and the quality of your products, and to provide ink-protection.

Depending on the desired results, each of the print finishes has it’s own look and effect. We can add value to your products with different techniques such as gloss, matt, soft touch, anti-scratch lamination and standard or raised Spot UV varnish.

FOLDING & GLUING

Our hi-tech folding and gluing machines are capable of side gluing, lock bottom, 4&6 corners, double wall, conic folding and hot melt applications, which can be adjusted according to the type of boxes and bags.

SPECIAL APPLICATIONS

We carry out many other different techniques such as hot foil printing, embossing, debossing, glitter varnish, eyelets and many more to add value to your products.
